The staff provided us with excellent service and did not mind that we stayed a while after we paid. We sat and chat for a little while after. Food was prompt and absolutely delicious! This is one of the better breakfast places in this area.

Liz was our waitress and did an excellent job serving our large party. Food arrived quickly and was hot and delicious! All orders were delivered as ordered which doesn't always happen. Last bonus was coffee was actually good! Great food at a great price brings us back every year when we travel here!

Food quality doesn't seem to be on par with other IHOPs I have eaten at. Eggs were over cooked. Ham and egg sandwich tasted like the shortening that they fry everything in. Coffee is decent. They were pretty busy on a Sunday at noon. Service was decent at our table and waitress was very nice. Our food took way too long to come out though. Felt like 30 min after we ordered. By the time we were done, I felt like we had been there for way too long and really wanted to leave. This is about my third time trying this location and it has been similar every time. I don't have big expectations for IHOP but like I mentioned, it doesn't compare to other locations I have visited in other states. If you're looking for a quick breakfast in the mall then you should probably hit the food court and save yourself some money for equally as good food and quick service.

Don't believe the bad reviews on here - They are outdated! IHOP is fantastic - Probably one of the tastiest breakfasts I've ever had and so affordable! It's a little restaurant in the mall, was practically empty when we arrived - service was super fast. Settled for some pancakes, figured that's what they do best. They were so fluffy and moist, with a little butter and lots of syrup, I had a hard time stopping myself, I gobbled it all up. I chose a simple omelette with my own choice of ingredients like tomatoes, ham and cheese. Although it is for sure overloaded with salt (I was thirsty for the rest of the afternoon!), I found their eggs perfectly cooked and with how generous they were with the toppings, I can't say anything bad, it's exactly how I would have wanted it. Menu selection is huge, I'd come back here for brunch and not eat of the rest of the afternoon because the meals are heavy. Slight drawbacks: they place coffee on every table which I assume was complimentary with your breakfast, but it's not. Also, when I requested honey, they were all out. Bonus, free wifi from the mall.

Seated quickly on a Sunday morning at 9:30 am. Shortly after there was a line. We were waited on quickly as I do a feel a sense of trying to turn tables. Thats fine by us and the food came out fast. My order came with 3 eggs but was the same amount of the 2 egg serving. The bacon wasn't crispy enough. Their current special was good and their classic pancakes hit the spot. Coffee is $2 but they give you enough to take some to go if you ask for a to go coffee cup. Prices are okay with friendly quick service

I asked for decaf but got regular - not cool when your pregnant!. While the food wasn't bad. They couldn't answer all my ingredient questions and then they served me caffeinated coffee when I asked twice for decaf. There are reasons people ask for decaf!! I'm pregnant and consumed a pot of coffee by myself only to finish my meal with a headache a jitters. I am sure the kids working do not realize or care that the consumption of more than 4 cups of coffee can increase risk of miscarriage by 80%

Best IHOP I have ever been to and the busiest. Arrived on a Sunday around 11AM and as expected the restaurant was very busy and most tables were full. People were exiting and walking in to the establishment at the same time so I was anticipating a long wait. Fortunately we were seated right away and our server was Sarah H. She came over to our table, smiled, was engaging and got us our beverages quickly. Despite it being very crowded and busy, our waitress never made us feel hurried. We ordered and our food took less than 15 minutes to arrive and I was overwhelmed with how great Sarah was as she checked in with us several times to make sure we had everything we need. The service was fast, urgent, precise, never pushy and with a smile. I have been going to IHOP for 15 years and this goes down as the best experience ever.

The breakfasts are just OK but not worth putting up with rushed "feed the cattle" service. Oh and it's part of a mall so you get to watch shoppers in a mall while you eat. Not that exciting. It feels like, when busy (weekend mornings) they do all they can to turnover tables. I always get my check before finishing my meal and they give you about 2 minutes to decide what you want to eat from their gigantic menu. I'm not a big fan of rushed service. Fast is OK but this place is ridiculous. Oh and they were so fast in getting us to a table they forgot to give us silverware.

I will never return to this IHOP. The first time I visited this location I asked for a small stack and was not given what I ordered. The waitress was rude about replacing my order, when in the first place she had not written down the orders as we have them to her. The second time, I arrived half hour before closing, only to walk in and be told that they had closed a half an hour ago, when that clearly was not what was posted. Terrible service both times.

Well, the food reminded me of high school cafeteria food, nothing special, small menu, food was not good, SLOW SERVICE........... the waitress made us wait about 15 minutes before taking our order, food took forever to come out..... yet it sucks....... to top it off, the waitress walked over to our table before we were even finished eating and just threw the bill right in the middle of the table.................. wow...... won't see me back here again................

Great food, like other IHOP restaurants I've been to. Greeter was very sour and seated us at a filthy table. Server was super friendly and cleaned it immediately (while apologizing) when she came by. Small mistakes were made on our order in the kitchen but our server was again quick to correct things. Would be a fantastic place to eat if they could find more people like her.

What a bunch of fail this place was! I have gone to a few iHops around the US. When I went here I found this to be very sad. A few things I notice that I dont like is the fact that its connect to our UMall. Nothing huge but I think it makes it look bad. Now on to when I went inside. The greaters were very nice. We got a welcoming hello. So it started out great! We then got sat at a table. This much have been around 8:30 or so. Took a good 15 minutes for our server to come over to say hello and give us our drinks. So it wasnt to bad granted the server seemed new. After ordering our food we got our drinks quickly but it took forever to get our meals. It was 3 meals total and all of them were pancakes. During this time I got a new one that isnt a year around one. It was a hawaiian pineapple with caramel topping. (Now I had this back in TN while traveling to VT and loved it.) I quickly pointed out in a nice way that my pancakes where not right t all. I had just plain ones. After I pointed this out they took it back and said they would redo it. Now up to this point everything was great! THen they come out....With the SAME pancakes but with pineapple only ontop of the SAME panecakes with alittle bit of caramel! Now this just isnt right. Back on my way in from TN they put the pineapple in the batter and caramel was ontop. So it was sooo wrong and cold. The manager only took part of that meal off. Even though the cooks made the mistake. So I just wont make the mistake by giving them my money ever again! So be warned! :)
